Ideas workshop for a new Target Group Approach
My client is also one of my partner companies. As part of a project on the target group approach, new ways should be found to address the highly diversified target group of large IT hardware via digital media. For this purpose, a two-day workshop was launched.
My job was the co-moderation of a two-day workshop for a new digital target group approach. Several groups competed in a competition with different disciplines and methods to find the best idea. In particular, it sought ways of addressing decision-makers who did not associate associations with the company.
Successful implementation of the workshop – from 30+ ideas the four best were selected for the further development. All the ideas were designed to position the company in an entirely new and positive way.
